Asking the Right Questions

During this session, students will practice interviewing a classmate and brainstorm their own interview questions.

Your students will learn how to construct solid interview questions.

What Your Students Will Produce

 Students will write an introduction paragraph about one of their classmates.

What You Will Need

  • Every student’s story topic list from the previous session
  • Shifting the Narrative—Graphic Organizer
    • 1 copy per student
  • Computer and projector
  • Devices with Internet access (tablets or computers)
    • 1 per student
  • Notebooks and writing tools for students
