Students design dream schools filled with creative and imaginative elements to improve learning, complete with origin stories, illustrated designs, and sales pitches.
Students share their imagined designs for a new school and read an example history of Mr. and Mrs. Blue, founders of a writing and tutoring space in San Francisco: 826 Valencia! Students then create comic strips that tell the imagined history of students’ new schools.
What Your Students Will Learn
Students imagine the histories and vision behind their dream designs for a new school and then illustrate these histories in the form of comic strips.
