The boogieman invasion is happening because there are germs spreading all around town, and people are just infected.
I went to sleep on my PC while watching something. I got up, and my parents were not going to take me to school because they got up super early.
Then I heard somebody in my closet saying, “BRAINS”, and I realized, it’s the boogieman. So I said I was going to get on the bus, but I didn’t actually go to school, and then I heard on the TV news that everybody in town was a boogieman.
The only people I knew who were not boogiemen were my sisters, my brothers, my grandma, my uncles, and my cousins.
Then I went to the Dunkin’ Donuts, the only Dunkin’ Donuts that is not shut down because almost everyone in town is a boogieman. So, I ordered a donut for free, and I heard someone say, “Hey, can I get more ketchup down here!” Then someone ran out saying, “That’s not a person, that’s the boogieman!”
I was almost turned into a boogieman! After a whole crowd of boogiemen were chasing me, one hugged me so hard — I really thought I was sick! So, I tested myself and nothing really happened to me except my arm was hurting. I didn’t get turned into a boogieman, but when I heard the president and the government got turned into boogieman, I REALLY thought this world was dangerous!
I hid in a dumpster for three weeks. The boogiemen disappeared.
A few years later, the lab discovered that there was a cure for people not to be boogieman any more. But the people at the lab didn’t know if it worked. There were no more boogiemen in town, so they tried it on themselves and nothing happened.
But a few days later, news broke out that they turned into boogiemen themselves!
