I remember a time when I laughed the hardest. I was with my cousin George. George and I were eleven years old. It was on a Sunday after a soccer game. It was a cold day during the fall, at about 11:30 in the morning. We were on our way to my house to drop me off in George’s red car. Inside the car, it was only me, George, and my Aunt Adela. George and I were tired and restless from the soccer game we had just played. It was going to be a long day.
George and I were drinking red Gatorade while staring out the window, listening to the beeping cars and watching the pedestrians walk. The Gatorade tasted sweet and somehow sour. I heard the tires from the car stop with friction. George and I decided to watch a video on my phone. We asked each other what video we should watch, then George said, “Let’s watch Gandhi’s video intros.” Gandhi is a YouTuber who does Black Ops 2 gaming trickshot videos. I could feel the firm case that surrounded the phone and the hard glass when I was typing. Ghandi, the YouTuber, puts very funny intros in the beginning of each of his videos.
We decided to pick Gandhi’s Intros Part 4. The whole video was entirely funny but what made George and I laugh the hardest was when we saw a little girl open her Christmas present. The little girl got a flying fairy Barbie doll. The little girl was so happy with what she had received from Santa. She opened up her present and started to use it. Then, out of nowhere, the Barbie doll flew into the fireplace next to the tree. While the Barbie doll was flying into the fireplace, they added the song “Fly” by Rihanna for the background music. We burst into laughter. I was laughing so hard my lungs were hurting and I could barely breathe. This was the time I laughed the hardest I had ever laughed in my entire life.
This memory is important to me because I never laughed that hard ever in my life. It is one of my fondest memories that I have in my childhood. I will never forget this moment. Also, George slept over at my house that day. We played video games till 12 a.m. It was one of the funnest days of my life.
