Introduction :

Cryptids are known to be mysterious creatures, full of lore and legend—think Bigfoot, The Abominable Snowman, and the Loch Ness Monster. Globally popular subjects of many folktales, these larger-than-life characters have captured the attention of curious fans who hope to catch them in action. In this Lesson, students will pretend that they are members of The Cryptid Convention, the world’s only secret, not-so-secret, society devoted to discussing new and exciting cryptids.
